Rape Culture

I watched a televised debate in which the participants argued over whether or not to deport the repeat-offender illegal immigrant rapist under an OQTF (obligation to leave French territory) who killed Philippine, a 19-year-old buried just last Friday.
The person on the panel who believed that the Justice system had "done its job" defended their position with fervor.
We live in a country where, according to left-wing commentators, a five-year prison sentence for a rapist is considered a "heavy" punishment.
This country is sick. Political debates are absurd. France is an open-air asylum that sane people are rushing to flee.
Here are a few key points:
Rape is an act of unimaginable barbarity and violence, sometimes lasting for hours, causing physical injuries and excruciating pain to the victims, and irreparable psychological suffering if they survive.
In some cases, they don’t survive.
Leftist feminists speak of a "rape culture."
The perpetrators of these crimes, they claim, are influenced by an underlying cultural climate stemming from patriarchy. Heterosexual men as a whole are supposedly responsible—perhaps even more so than the rapist himself, who is somehow also a victim of this "rape culture" that subtly pervades society.
There is indeed a rape culture in France.
It is perpetuated by the left, which has shaped the doctrine of the Magistrates’ Union and the actions of the Ministry of Justice for 40 years.
In a normal country, rape should be punished with a MINIMUM of 30 years in prison.
Anyone who doesn’t understand this is either insane or intellectually deficient, and in either case, completely ignorant of human nature.
The discussion should be limited to determining whether a rapist should ever see the light of day again after three decades of full imprisonment.
The left-right divide on this issue should be between 30 years of mandatory imprisonment and chemical castration + life imprisonment. I wouldn’t even be shocked if the death penalty were considered.
And for a very simple reason: a rapist is not only dangerous and harmful but absolutely irredeemable.
Rape is an inexcusable, unjustifiable, and unforgivable act. Far more than attempting to take someone’s life, it deeply destroys the victim’s existence, annihilating their dignity, psyche, and self-respect.
The perpetrator can only be fully aware of the harm they are causing—and enjoy it—otherwise, they wouldn’t be aroused during the act.
They are the scum of humanity, and society should reject them entirely.
A state worthy of the name has the duty, to protect potential victims and deter these bastards, to crush a rapist under the weight of implacable and merciless repression.
Yet, the left-wing figures who talk about "rape culture" are the same ones who have been advocating for years to reduce sentences and who persistently turn a blind eye when the perpetrator is an immigrant or a "racialized" person.
These are the same people repeating the refrain that "prison is the school of crime" or that "the criminal is a victim of society."
Footage showed left-wing activists tearing down posters commemorating Philippine in public spaces, just as they tore down posters of Hamas hostages a few months earlier.
It’s because of these leftists and their obsession with making excuses that the most heinous crimes go almost unpunished.
And it’s because crimes go unpunished that criminals are encouraged to commit them, knowing that the punishment will always be "proportional" to their offense—meaning lenient in the eyes of the judge—and that the sentence will be adjustable.
A person tempted by rape has little to lose by attempting it.
The rapist and murderer of Philippine had been imprisoned for rape five years ago. Barely out of prison, he raped and killed a young woman. As if it weren’t obvious that he would immediately reoffend once released.
Didier Migaud, the new Minister of Justice, declared upon taking office that the justice system is "absolutely not lenient."
There is indeed a rape culture in France, a culture of crime and total impunity. It’s a culture of indulgence toward criminals and a lack of compassion for victims.
This makes the country an open bar for rapists from all over the world.
Rape culture is a left-wing culture.
